excellent family experience with kind staff and perfect pool access

Great hotel with wonderful staff.

Had an amazing stay with fantastic breakfasts and the kids loved the warm swimming pool. The hotel offered complementary drinks which made our experience even better.

Loved the heated pool and the mini-fridge in the room. Easy check-in made for quick access after a long flight. The location is super convenient for the airport, just a short taxi ride away.

Check-in took longer than expected, with a bit of a wait due to long queues. The lobby looked nice and welcoming, but the room didn’t quite match that vibe. I was in a Superior Queen Room. The cleaning was adequate, yet the decor felt outdated. The mini-bar was stocked well, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room comfortable. Wi-fi was fast, which I appreciated. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet with a variety of options, though the dining area felt cramped during peak hours.

Awesome spot to crash after a long flight

Big shoutout to the super helpful front desk lady who let us check in early! After a 24-hour flight, we really needed that nap. The room was clean and comfy with a nice shower. Breakfast was good too, especially the juice! Just wish I’d known about the shuttle. the £30 Uber hurt a bit.

The indoor pool was a nice area where the kids could splash around, and the fitness center was decent for a quick workout. Staying with my aunt made it fun, especially enjoying the breakfast selections together.

I had a pleasant stay at the Novotel Heathrow. The buffet breakfast featured a great variety of options and the room was clean and comfortable. the bar prices felt a bit steep. a solid choice for airport access.

No water and no sorry.

So we stayed here for a couple of nights. Rooms were a bit noisy and really cramped for three. Had to set up the sofa bed myself and hunt for pillows from housekeeping. And then, water was totally out in the morning! Took forever to come back, totally messed up my meetings. Food at the bar was decent tho.
